CALM: Campaign Against Living Miserable

We are pleased to have made a donation to CALM, the Campaign Against Living Miserably, who are leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK, through frontline services, national campaigns, and by building communities.

CALM run a free and anonymous helpline and webchat service from 5pm to midnight 365 days a year for anybody who needs them on 0800 58 58 58 or at thecalmzone.net

CALM's helpline and webchat service is for absolutely anyone who needs to talk about life's problems, no matter what gender, background or age.

If you or someone you know are struggling outside of their opening hours then please reach out to another service such as the Samaritans, and remember you aren't alone.

The CALM helpline answered 34,172 calls and chats and directly prevented 148 suicides during the first 3 months of lockdown in the UK.

Right now their life-saving services are needed more than ever, and no matter what they'll continue to be there for whoever needs them.  If you would like to donate you can donate here.
